NeuroGraphica © is an innovative drawing method developed by Russian psychologist Pavel Piskarev, PhD. Although relatively new, having been created in 2014, it has quickly gained a global following due to its remarkable effectiveness.
NeuroGraphica is both a creative and transformative approach that taps into the power of the conscious, subconscious, and higher self, integrating all three during the drawing process. It directly engages our emotions and impressions without activating the analytical mind. The core principle behind the method is the brain's inherent ability to rewire itself in response to a changing environment, rooted in Neuroscience and Neuroplasticity.
The method utilizes simple abstract drawing techniques, such as the NeuroGraphic line, corners rounding, and an 8-step process known as the Basic Algorithm. When we apply these principles and observe ourselves, a transformation unfolds: the mind relaxes, tension dissipates, and our perception shifts.
Key principles and elements of Neurographica:
• Neurographic Lines: These are never straight lines that don't repeat themselves. They represent the flow of thoughts, emotions, and energy. Drawing such lines helps break free from rigid thinking patterns, fostering a creative approach to challenges.
• Connecting Elements: In Neurographica, smoothly connecting different parts of a drawing symbolizes the integration and harmonization of various aspects of life. By connecting shapes and lines on paper, we create internal connections and gain a fresh perspective on our challenges.
• Transformation Process: Neurographic drawing takes us through a process of change—from identifying a problem or desire to creating an image that reflects our solutions and positive emotions. Drawing helps transform difficult emotions into constructive actions and supports growth.
• Neuron Activation: It is believed that focused and creative drawing activates new neural connections. In this way, Neurographica supports neuroplasticity, the brain’s ability to change and adapt.
• Colors and Symbolism: The neurographic process often uses colors to help express emotions and intentions. The choice of colors and shapes helps to understand and visualize subconscious feelings.

Who is Neurographica for?
Neurographica is for anyone who wants to understand themselves better, work on internal blocks, change thought patterns, or simply find peace and balance. It can be particularly helpful for those seeking new, creative ways to solve problems and develop intuition.
Neurographica is a powerful, versatile tool for unlocking your potential and facilitating profound life transformation.
A related term often used alongside Neurographica is Neurographic Art, which is a broader concept that evolved from NeuroGraphica. This term refers to a more artistic and less structured approach. It encompasses various creative forms like drawing, painting, and other artistic expressions, without strictly adhering to the Basic Algorithm. Neurographic Art serves as a form of art therapy, supporting creative expression and helping to explore emotions and thoughts.
Thus, Neurographica is not just an art form but also a method for working with the subconscious, allowing people to combine the creative process with personal development and inner transformation.
My name is Patrycja Tkaczyk and I am Certified Neurographica Instructor and Specialist. I have been using Neurographica as a self-coaching tool in my own life with significant outcomes which have been transforming my life.
Beside Neurographica, I am a Psychologist and hold a MSc in Cross-Cultural Psychology which for years, I have been applying it in my career. I have been working with children and families in different capacities, currently in school environment, SEN and pastoral aspects. I am also an Early Years Educator and a Thrive Practitioner and the Thrive approach has become my mind-set.
Powered byDrawing and Talking Therapy, which utilises drawing as a way to help individuals to express their feelings, to discover and communicate emotions through a non-directed technique.
I was always fascinated by working with energy which I started with a practice of Qigong and its healing properties. Lately, I discovered Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) which I founded very useful and trained how to use it in my personal and professional life.
Another important domain in my life is Sound Therapy. I have been utilising vibrations, sounds of gongs, Himalayan singing bowls, bells, chimes and plenty of other instruments mimicking nature in powerful and relaxing sound baths which I regularly organise.
I am passionate about nature and I love spending time in mountains, forests, seaside, around lakes or rivers. Nothing energise me more than hiking, climbing, barefoot walking and staying overnight in wild nature.
I strongly believe in a holistic approach to life and a potential of human body to self-heal if treated in a right way. Therefore nature based medicine; natural beauty cosmetics and skincare; healthy food, life style according to seasonal rhythms; wild nature - all form an integral part of my life. I always try to bring harmony to my life and maintain a homeostatic body.
I am on a path of a personal and spiritual development and since years practicing meditation, mindfulness and yoga.
