As a certified Neurographica Instructor and Specialist, I have personally experienced the transformative power of this method. I’ve used Neurographica as a self-coaching tool, and the significant results have profoundly transformed my life. Now, I am excited to share this knowledge, passion, and joy with others. I support individuals in learning, applying, and embedding Neurographica into their daily lives to overcome challenges and create a lasting change.

A few days ago, I took part in a Neurographica class.
It was my first experience, but I already feel how this method has stolen my heart❣️❣️❣️

Each layer of creation is a meeting with myself.
From planting the seed, through the inner child, letting go of control, and trusting...
Each petal here is different and shows my diversity.
In the first phase of creation, I felt scattered.
The color chaos pulled me out of my comfort zone, but thanks to the emotions that accompanied it, I understood that my self-love is not about things looking pretty or everything matching.
Phew... what a relief to just be myself and not control it all... 😅
It was also surprising how differently my nervous system works now. 🤔
Before, everything had to be fast and with a “wow” effect!!! Now, slow creation in focused presence relaxes me. 💖
